Customer Relations Executive (Tele-Sales)
REPORTS TO:
Head of Sales Department
a) PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• To promote and sell professional training services and/or any other product/services assigned by the Company
• To manage and administer Pre- and Post-sales activities
• To maintain effective sales activity planning
• To provide effective Customer Support services and maintain good Customer Relationship
b) GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• To document key market information and act upon relevant market activities appropriately
• To manage, collate and maintain customer database on regular basis
• To generate customer’s quantitative and qualitative reports on monthly basis
• To carry out any other task to be assigned by the management from time to time
c) QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• Possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/ I; or Sales & Marketing; or equivalent
• Have a positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Proficient in spoken English with good communication skills
d) EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• More than 2 years of experience in Tele-Sales/ Sales
• The following experience/knowledge will be the added advantage: -
o IT system development environment;
o IT product support environment;
o IT infrastructure support environment;
o Troubleshooting skills.
