Customer Relations Executive (Tele-Sales)

REPORTS TO: 
Head of Sales Department

a) PRINCIPLE  RESPONSIBILITIES
To promote and sell professional training services and/or any other product/services assigned by the Company
To manage and administer Pre- and Post-sales activities
To maintain effective sales activity planning
To provide effective Customer Support services and maintain good Customer Relationship

b) GENERAL  RESPONSIBILITIES
To document key market information and act upon relevant market activities appropriately  
To manage, collate and maintain customer database on regular basis
To generate customer’s quantitative and qualitative reports on monthly basis
To carry out any other task to be assigned by the management from time to time

c) QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/ I; or Sales & Marketing; or equivalent 
Have a positive attitude and self-motivated.
Proficient in spoken English with good communication skills

d) EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
More than 2 years of experience in Tele-Sales/ Sales
The following experience/knowledge will be the added advantage: -
o IT system development environment;
o IT product support environment;
o IT infrastructure support environment;
o Troubleshooting skills.
